Physical Activity at Home

Physical Activity Planner

HBSSPAN has developed a 5 week day-to-day Physical Activity Planner that pupils and their families can do to keep fit and remain physically active whilst at home.
For pupils this will encourage them to engage in physical activity in their home environment, and meet the recommended 60 mins of physical activity every day. For parent's this is particularly useful for those that may be struggling for ideas on how to keep their kids active.
It has a downloadable format that is easy to follow. Each activity contains a hyperlink that will take you to video's or follow guides that will demonstrate/explain how to go about the activities.

Healthy at Home

Physical activity matters during this period and, actually, we think it's more important than ever right now.

Being active in a way that is right for you, can improve your physical health, help manage stress and anxiety and just generally make you feel better.

You can also still go outside for a walk, run, cycle - or any other way you normally get active outside - provided you are doing so in a way that meets the latest guidance on social distancing and advice on unnecessary social contact.
