TELA stands for Thomas Estley Learning Alliance. This is a group of 26 Primary Schools and 15 Secondary Schools who work together collaboratively across South Leicestershire.
Primary Heads
TELA Primary Head Teachers meet once every half term. The agenda reflects the good practice and series of opportunities for teaching staff, support staff and the direction and improvement the head's propose across our schools. We are a very cohesive team and are proud of the direction and active contributions our Heads are making in South Leicestershire. We play an essential part in school to school support.
